You're not going to think or practice anything, religious or otherwise, that will substantially reduce blood pressure. Not that there aren't things that will help. Losing weight is a big one. If you smoke AND are much overweight AND sedentary AND stressed, you just might do essential management without drugs. But that's a lot to take on and complete. Please furnish me with tips to control my blood pressure. Thanks?
My father a big man, had always had high blood pressure. Not until now he was able to control it. My mother found this book: God's Medicine Is Best by Linda Wise. It is extremely helpful on this issue. It will easily tell you how to control blood pressure by taking some herb. There are different factors that make the pressure of your blood high. So you need to read and follow advice.

Hope this helps, Andrew
Controlling blood pressure without medication may not work. However you can do some things that should help. You need to quit smoking (if you do), exercise regularly, reduce stress (try meditation, it works), watch your diet (eat lots of ';P'; fruits and vegetables - pears, persimmons, plums, etc.)

Go to your drugstore and buy a home blood pressure kit - take your pressure daily, keep a log and if the above doesn't work - go to your doctor and ask him/her if you need hypertension medication. Be sure to take the log of your blood pressure readings.
