Best answer is, dun dun dun... Diet and Exercise :-) Eating healthy may not be the funnest thing around, but the it's key factor. The simpliest way to do so would be to reduce your sodium. Sodium will tend to keep your BP high. Dieting doesn't mean stop eat, but just simply adjust what you eat. Along with dieting do atleast 20 minutes a day of some kind of low dynamic exercise. Such as walking, doing a few crunches, 4-point leg lifts, etc.
