There is a recent study suggesting that people who eat twice the recomended servings of fruit and vegetables see significant reduction in high blood pressure. Avoidance of salt in processed food has also been helpful to some. Obviously no smoking and regular excercise.


HOWEVER


uncontrolled high blood pressure can have devistating effects. My aunt and grandmother had strokes and my father died of a heart attack. They all had bad lifestyles, but high blood pressure is a killer.

Stop eating heavily fried samosas, farsans, papad, pickle, koftas, red meat.


Stop drinking alcohol.


Stop stressing out, late night parties.


Avoid tensions.


Eat fresh fruits, moderate natural sugar and salts, exercise a little bit, go on long walks, look at the billion stars above at night.


Avoid watching Ekta Kapoor serials at any cost!!!!
