Gas water heater thermostat control replacement with lower burner pressure...?

I've a Richmond 40 gallon 34K BTUH natural gas water heater. Model 5V40-7N A

it is currently installed with a thermostat control with 2 different numbers. one is R110RTSP %26amp; second one is: 66-136-308. I read specs on it and it's shows main burner pressure = 4'; and max press 1/2 PSI. This control needs replacement.

I was able to acquire another control. the 2 numbers on this one are R110RTSP and 66-AC8-335. specs shows main burner pressure=3.5'; and max press 1/2 psi. the box also have ';water heaters with inputs from 28000 to 42000 BTU';.

the question is: will this fit my water heater? any suggestions?? please??Gas water heater thermostat control replacement with lower burner pressure...?
yes it sounds to me like iswill work although it may not be the exsact replacement part, some maufacturers instead of making a part just for the paticular heater they will make a part that covers a broad range of heaters. this way they can sell the product for more money with lower production costs.Gas water heater thermostat control replacement with lower burner pressure...?
That one should work fine.
