How to control high blood pressure?

i have 30 years older, my blood pressure is 145/95, so how to control it withou any tablet? How to control high blood pressure?
make sure your weight is correct and work out. plus watch your diet. this works How to control high blood pressure?
watch what you eat and drink plenty of water.
You have got hypertension stage 1. Optimal blood pressure is less than 120 (systolic) and less than 80 (diastolic). You should check urine for microalbuminura and retina of the eye. This is to check whether other organs are invoved.

Boil one potato with skin and eat it. Do this on a daily basis.
reduce the consumption of salt and fried items and drink plenty of water and regular work out

its all set and done that way

all the best
Cut back on your salt intake. Try to concentrate on whole, natural foods instead of prefab or boxed foods.

You can lower your pressure by practicing different breathing techniques.

Whenever possible, sit back and close your eyes. Breath deeply. Time yourself. 5 Seconds on inhale. 5 Seconds on exhale. 5 Seconds inhale...

Do this for at least 2 minutes at a time, several times a day.

Sounds odd, but it does work. There's even a machine you can buy online, that plays music and monitors your breathing to help to you 'train' yourself to breath in a more healthy way. It's called ';Resp-e-Rate'; and you can read about it here: http://www.resperate.com/us/welcome/inde鈥?/a>

Studies have shown that at a certain point in our development, we change our breathing patterns. If you look at how children breath, they inhale deeply, down into their tummies. As adults, we don't do that. Stress and age changes that.

Good Luck!
1/ Do simple free hand exercises.

2/ Join laughter club

3/ Avoid excess salt, oil and spices

4/ Avoid red meat

5/ Go for walks. (Twice daily if you can)

6/ Try pranayams.

7/ Try to be stress free.

8/ Avoid over excitement and dishearten.

9/ Eat lots of fruits, green and fresh vegetables.

10/ Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water everyday.
Honestly there is no real proven way to control high blood pressure other than medication. You can try to eliminate stress and breathe deeply and relax but that is just a temporary fix at best. High blood pressure is nothing to play around with. Over a long period of time it can cause major problems such as artery, kidney and heart damage and even death. It is known as the silent killer because there are really no visible or noticeable signs other than your readings which is a powerful signal to get medication and take it daily.
Passing gas does that for you. I read an article.
