Amlodipine 10mg once a day, but I find my blood pressure is high in the mornings.Does anyone on here suffer with high blood pressure? My blood pressure is trying to be controlled on?
Your doctor probably needs to adjust the dose to bring you to a therapeutic range. You might want to discuss the time of day you take your medicine. Sometimes switching the time of day helps maintain your bp. Mine is high, I am on Lisinopril 10mgs a day. I don't monitor my own blood pressure, I have that done at the doctors. Mine was 159/84 last time it was done which is a lot higher than usual! I'm back today to have it done again and possibly more medication :(
it sounds like you are keeping a record of it and thats good you need to get in touch with your doctor and let him know sometimes a slight adjustment will do the trick. i suffer from high bp and its finally stabilized so don't give up.
