60% vegetables of which at least 50% is eaten raw. These include broccoli, parsley, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes (sometimes referred to as fruit), turnip, beet, celery etc)


20% fresh raw fruits


10% starchy carbohydrate (mainly foods such as yams, potatoes, breadfruits, cassava and other cultivated foods)
