Treatment taken 3 to 4 years to control ';eye pressure'; but not controled yet, what should we do?

You are discussing glaucoma, I presume. If the treatment has not worked in that long, I agree with seeing another doc, find a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma. They may want to do some laser surgery to correct this. Please disregard the herbal remedies for this important condition; you stand to lose your eyesight.Treatment taken 3 to 4 years to control ';eye pressure'; but not controled yet, what should we do?
First of all, if you have concerns, please discuss them with your eye doctor. Second, are you sure you're taking the medication properly and as often as you should? If you aren't taking the drops exactly as prescribed, you won't get the intended effect. If you are taking them properly, you may need a different medication. Your doctor can determine which medicines might work better for you. Of course, if you aren't happy with your doctor, seek a second opinion.Treatment taken 3 to 4 years to control ';eye pressure'; but not controled yet, what should we do?
Find another physician. That is rather outrageous.
Please, don't put your health in the hands of an amateur forum. Respect your mind and body. Consult your doctor.
