There are many books available as to how to control your blood pressure with natural means and not medication. Has this worked for anyone?Has anyone controlled high blood pressure with a good diet and exercise. I would like to hear from you.?
My wife controls her hypertension without medication by eating a diet that is high in protein (but watch your sodium intake) and low in carbohydrates. She also walks 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.Has anyone controlled high blood pressure with a good diet and exercise. I would like to hear from you.?
