i can't take birth control either. So i count my days. you count day one when you start. Then count to 14. From about 14- 20 don't have sex or wear a rain coat. This only works on a 27 day cyle.I need good birth control for someone who has high blood pressure.?
Most hormonal methods can increase blood pressure and can cause serious side effects and ones relating to the heart. I also have hight blood pressure and can no longer be prescribed to any prescription medications or the patch or the shot. Condoms,sponge or abstinence is about the only choice. Sorry.
