i used to be on Lo-estrin 24, but either it raised my blood pressure, or i just inherited it. either way, i stopped taking it because both my blood pressure and pulse were really high. i was wondering if anyone has suggestions/experience with this? i need to be on birth control, but obviously i dont want to jeopardize my health. what other options are there? (apart from a diaphragm!) im asking this because im going to my gyno soon and want to be well prepared!
