blood pressure changes can be caused by so many things including excersize, stress, and obesity. If you have high blood pressure, I would suggest medicine, but eating healthy and dieting should keep it lower.
lower salt intake (no added salt, no processed food)
increase exercise and meditation
with HP
eat right, sleep right, dont get angry and go to a doctor regularly.
Take less salt, or salt with less sodium and drink a lot of water.
don't use salt or eat foods with salt. learn relaxation techniques. talk to a doctor.
There's certain types of food that make your blood pressure rise, whereas others make it drop. Depends on whether your pressure is too high or too low. Anyway, examples of food that will raise your blood pressure are red wine, coffee and salted food. For lowering your blood pressure I know none, although I'm sure there are plenty.
Cut out all your salt intake, drink lots of water and exercise, for starter. Also watch your stress level. If your strees level is high find something that helps you relieve the stress. But if you don't get it under control with these things, don't play around SEE YOUR DOCTOR and if the Doc says meds... take them.
The doctors say diet and exercise combination will do it. I have a problem with that. I love great tasting food, and I hate exercise for the sake of exercise. I would rather eat a great tasting meal and enjoy it rather than eat a health bar and rabbit food which tastes like cardboard. I think jogging for the fun of it is stupid and a waste of time. Sports are a different story and provide exercise which I consider OK. If you have a blood pressure problem follow your doctors advice. At 24 if your healthy live life now while your young and enjoy it. Worry about your blood pressure when it begins rising which your doc will find during your regular visits.
