Is it dangerous o drive my Honda Accord that has a open or short circuit in pressure control solenoid ?

I expect you are asking about the transmission pressure controls??? if its a pressure switch (3rd gear pressure switch for example) the car can be driven safely. That switch is an input to the control unit for the transmission control and fuel management system and the failure is an electrical failure of the switch, not an internal problem with the transmission.

if the problem is with the torque converter lock-up solenoid the problem usually is an internal problem that prevents the lock-up converter from engaging. The problem is usually an indication of significant internal transmission damage, particularly on the 1999-2002 V-6 transmissions. If the transmission is not slipping the car is okay to drive, but if its slipping then its not safe to drive.

Really need more information if that doesn't answer your question. information such as--year of car, engine type, what pressure control solenoid and what diagnostic trouble code if that's where you got the label pressure control solenoid from.

hope that helps
